Description: CET's Chinese Studies Program is designed to provide students with a broad understanding of Chinese culture, history, and issues of contemporary significance, while allowing them the flexibility to focus on specific topics of their choosing. The program accommodates all students, with varying degrees of Chinese background, by offering courses in Chinese history, politics, literature, language, and more. CET students on this program will live in a brand new, state-of-the-art foreign students' dormitory at Capital Normal University (CNU), a national university which hosts CET's center.

* Live with local Chinese roommates
* Enroll in interesting courses in Chinese history, politics, literature, language, and more
* Enjoy many fun and enriching activities and excursions arrranged by CET's full time Resident Director
* Visit local sites on faculty-led excursions
* Practice Chinese Language outside of the classroom in the local environment
