Description: Learn Portuguese in Portugal! Our school is located in the centre of the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, and offers Portuguese courses to international students of all levels, all year. This fascinating and atmospheric city has innumerable palaces, fortresses, monasteries, churches, squares and historic buildings from every century of the past 2,000 years.

Our well-equipped school has air-conditioned classrooms, a library, a self-access study centre and Internet cafe. We offer total immersion Intensive and Super-Intensive Portuguese language courses, with native Portuguese tutors in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We keep our classes very small, so everyone gets personal attention. We also offer courses in Portuguese Cookery as well as Portuguese for Teachers.

An extensive optional cultural program is also available, with a wide range of visits, excursions and activities including beach trips and river cruises. Accommodation is in carefully selected Portuguese host families or hotels. Airport transfers from Lisbon Airport are available.

Highlights: Lying on the banks of the Tegus River, Lisbon has been well established as the capital city of Portugal for more than 800 years. Lisbon offers a fascinating insight into the history and culture or Portugal, with impressive monuments and wonderful architecture, making Lisbon a wonderful locati on in which to study Portuguese. From shopping in the Baixa area, to walking along the River Tegus, taking a ride on a tram, or visiting the Bairro Alto, there is something for everyone to do in Lisbon. There are also numerous sandy beaches nearby.
