EI-AH&LA's Hospitality Management Diploma Program is given at the BILSIT's Training Centers located in major cities of Turkey, Ankara, Izmir and Eskisehir. Program is supported and collaborated by major Turkish and International schools, universities and institutions. BILSIT has established a profound relationship with Anadolu University, 9 Eylul University and Ufuk University. EI-AH&LA Hospitality Management Diploma Program; This is a 2 academic year program, four semesters of approx. 14 weeks including the English Foundation semester in freshman year. Each academic year consists of two semesters. Students with sufficient level of English language will complete the program in 3 semesters. Travel and Tourism is a section of the Hospitality industry which is the largest and fastest growing world wide industry, providing numerous work and career opportunities for those who are suitably qualified. This program far beyond the normal requirements of the industry and ensures that students on the course cover all aspects of work in travel and tourism. A customer centered and pro-active approach is encouraged to students which gives them a distinct advantage when seeking travel agency, airport work or work in another sector of the industry. It provides students with an in-depth of understanding of issues associated with management, local and national government and organizational aspects relating to international travel and tourism. Industry Experiences (Practical Training Courses and Internships) The second semester with a practical training course for EI-AH&LA Hospitality Management Diploma Program students arranged by the school allow students to apply the knowledge that they have learned at BILSIT. At the summer semester of the first academic year, freshman students are required to complete eighty business days of an Internship study in a four or five star hotels or first class resorts for EI-AH&LA Hospitality Management Diploma Program students. When they return to continue their studies, the practical knowledge gained from working is of invaluable assistance in the upper level courses.
Highlights:
With the program diplomas, your career will normally begin at the entry-level management. The graduates typically start in a lower middle management positions, as the rule once familiar with the organization's operations, the first permanent title is given and advancement to higher position is limited only by an individual's determination and skills. The institution coordinators with extensive sect oral experience and areas of specialization are the members of the Career Development Center. The institution offers the following services to the students.
