Description:
Spend the Semester in Madrid with City College of San Francisco and ACCENT. Madrid becomes an extension of your classroom as you explore Spanish parks, monuments, churches, and museums. You will attend Spanish Language and Literature classes at La Universidad Complutense de Madrid as well as Art History and Spanish Civilization classes at the ACCENT Center. Participants on the Semester in Madrid program live in student apartments or in homestays located throughout the city and have the opportunity to attend cultural events and optional social activities organized by the ACCENT Madrid Center
staff.
Highlights:
In addition program participants have the opportunity to attend three optional one-day excursions outside of Madrid to Toledo, Segovia/La Granja and El Escorial/Valle de los Caídos, an optional four-day/three-night excursion to Barcelona and an optional ballet, opera, or classical music performance.
