Description: Austin English Academy and the Aston Educational Group offer a twofold program - one for US residents and non-immigrant students wishing to study English in the United States, and one for native speakers from all over the world wishing to teach English in one of over 40 cities in China. Austin English Academy is a private intensive ESL school for adults in Austin, TX. We provide a wide range of classes for ESL students aged 16 and above. AEA's parent company, Aston Schools, regularly hires over 100 teachers for employment in diverse settings across China - both rural and urban. Teachers with Aston typically work in China for either 6 or 12 months. We have a range of contracts so that teachers can have a choice of how many hours they'd like to work each week. Schools in China are managed by both western and Chinese staff, and employ Chinese teaching assistants for every foreign teacher.

Highlights: Austin English Academy in Texas features small class sizes (maximum of 10 students), year-round instruction, free placement testing, immigration advising, and TOEFL preparation. All teachers are native speakers and university graduates, many with a master's degree in TESOL. Aside from core classes in grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing, AEA also provides elective classes such as pronunciation and American idioms.
