Description:
Students in this program enroll at the Cours de Civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne, in Paris, France. This program allows students of all language levels to study French language and culture in one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities.
Highlights:
API students in Paris will study French language and can select from a variety of cultural electives. Semester students will earn 9-15 credit hours; year students will earn 18-31 credit hours; summer and intensive month students will earn 3-8 credit hours. Transcripts are issued by the Cours de Civilisation Française de la Sorbonne, and are available from the University of Massachusetts Amherst upon request. One of the most romantic and intriguing cities in the world, Paris has something for everyone: education, history, culture, cuisine, and nightlife! A large, metropolitan and international city full of tradition and rich European history, it is a wonderful juxtaposition of old and new.
