Description: The Dominican Republic's breathtaking natural beauty, combined with the incredible friendliness and hospitality of the locals, makes this a perfect destination for an unforgettable travel-study experience.

You can choose to study Spanish at our school in Santo Domingo (the capital), in Sousa (famous for its beaches), or divide your stay between both. We have two options to choose from in Santo Domingo, one in the centre of the city and one in the prosperous area near the university, giving students lots of opportunities to make friends with local students.

In both locations, all our schools are air-conditioned and have cafeterias. In Santo Domingo students can stay in host families or shared apartments. In Sosua, the school is located just 5 minutes from the main beach, with extensive gardens and on-site studios. Students can also stay in apartments or hotels.
You can study on a Standard Spanish course of 20 lessons/week, or on an Intensive Spanish course of 30 lessons/week. With a maximum of just 7 students per class, each student gets lots of individual attention.

Our Sosua Dominican Republic school also runs a Spanish and Wind surfing and Spanish and Kite surfing course, with 20 Spanish lessons/week, plus 9 hours of windsurfing/kite surfing lessons. Spanish language lessons, all equipment and instruction are included, plus twin room accommodation in a 3-star hotel and return airport transfers from/to Puerto Plata Airport. So, why not come to the Dominican Republic, learn Spanish and learn to windsurf/kite surf at the same time!

There is also a Travelling classroom course, combining 20 lessons/week with a tour of the Dominican Republic. Students on this 2-week language program start the course at our school in Sosua, moving up to the Mountains of Jarabacoa, before proceeding to Santo Domingo, on to the beaches of Las Terrenas and finishing back in Sosua. This 2-week language tour of the Dominican Republic includes Spanish lessons, twin room bed and breakfast accommodation, plus airport transfers from/to Puerto Plata Airport.
