There are four modules in the IELTS test: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The course will give you intensive practice in each module, making sure you know exactly how to make best use of your time. You will do practice tests in each skill under exam conditions and specialist teachers will give you feedback on your performance to help you improve.

The intensive IELTS preparation courses are designed to help students sit the International English Language Testing System which is an Internationally recognised qualification. This course is suitable for students who are preparing to enter educational institutions that need to present an internationally recognized assessment of their reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

Course Outline
The IELTS test consists of four elements: Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening and students must demonstrate competence in all four areas. The course will concentrate on improving your ability in these areas with intensive mock examination practice with attention given to strategies for the various question types and lots of practice using these strategies.

Students will be trained in interpreting and answering IELTS questions. The course is topic-based covering the five topic areas most often found in IELTS examinations: health, social issues, technology, education and the environment. The topic based approach includes a strong focus on vocabulary learning and retention. Students can expect IELTS style speaking, reading, writing and listening all based on the same topic and are tested regularly on vocabulary. Students learn and support each other in a communicative classroom environment.
