Description: Our school is located in a modern building right in the centre of the city, in Qingdao's business district. All the school classrooms are large, bright and well-equipped, with incredible sea views. There is also free Internet access in the school.

Our Standard Chinese course consists of 15 language lessons/week and 5 cultural lessons/week. All our teachers are fully qualified and experienced Mandarin Chinese speakers, and with an average class size of just 10 students, you'll receive plenty of personal attention.

Located on the southern tip of the Shandong Peninsula, Qingdao is a great location year round, with warm, bright summers and clear, cool winters. Our students love Qingdao for its wide beaches, clear blue waters and unhurried pace of life. In the heat of the summer, there's nothing like strolling along the city's beautiful promenades, cooled by sea breezes. Qingdao also has a lively cultural life, including an International Beer Festival, a celebration of the city's famous Tsingtao Beer.

Our school runs an optional activities program, to help you get the most from your Chinese course. Optional activities include hiking, swimming in the sea, tennis, basketball and kite flying, and excursions to locations such as the Great Wall of China, the Forbidden City, Mt. Taishan and Mt. Laoshan.

Our school's optional activities program makes it really easy to explore the Shandong region during your course. From a meal in the home of a local farmer to an excursion to the Great Wall, our activities will help you to achieve a better understanding of Chinese culture as you learn the Mandarin Chinese language.

Our school in Qingdao offers convenient on-site accommodation, on the 3rd and 5th floors of the school building. Students can choose between single, twin and triple rooms, with shared bathrooms. Alternatively, we can arrange accommodation in nearby hotels and guest house, located near the sea, within walking distance of the school. Contact us for more information.
