Learn Spanish in Oaxaca, Mexico
Mexico
Dates: All Year
Description:
Unspoit by modern development, with beautiful colonial Spanish buildings, cobbled streets, idyllic plazas, friendly people and a relaxed way of life, Oaxaca can be seen as the 'real Mexico.' Stunning architecture can be found as well as the well-preserved historical site of Zapoteca, which overlooks the city. Our school is situated in the historic heart of Oaxaca, just 2 minutes' walk from the main square. Built in the local style, the school has a lovely internal patio - a great place to meet up at break time and after class. There is also a student cafeteria, serving snacks and local food. Free internet access is provided, plus a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout the school. Accommodation can be arranged in carefully selected host families with bed and breakfast or half-board options available. Our school organises a wide range of workshops and activities, such as Mexican cookery and Salsa dance classes. There are also parties and picnics, and excursions to historical sites such as the El Tule tree, the widest tree in the world. Please note that for some activities and excursions, there would be an additional cost. With a maximum group size of just 5 students per class, youll make good progress on a Spanish course at our school. In addition to our popular Standard and Intensive Spanish courses, you can also combine your group lessons with one-to-one lessons on an Executive Course. If youve only got a short time to spare, take a look at our One-to-One Spanish Course. You can choose from 20 or 30 lessons a week, focussing on topics that are important to you. - Standard Course (15 lessons/week) - Intensive Course (25 lessons/week) - Executive Course (Standard Course + Private lessons) - One-to-One Course (20 or 30 lessons/week)
