Description: Palma de Mallorca is a beautiful Mediterranean city with a bustling Spanish community and large historic centre overlooked by a magnificent Gothic cathedral. Our school organises numerous excursions to fishing villages along the coast, the mountains of the interior, and to the island's secluded coves and unspoilt beaches. Located in the historic heart of Palma, just a short walk from the cathedral, our school overlooks one of the city's beautiful 'plazas' (town squares). There are 17 air-conditioned classrooms, a school Internet cafe and student common room.

The school is ideally located for exploring the city, lying as it does in an historic and largely pedestrianized part of the old town. The old town is a favourite with locals and tourists alike, and offers stylish shops, boutiques and restaurants. Palma de Mallorca's impressive marina is popular with the rich and famous and is a great place for an evening stroll or a bite to eat.

The school holds cooking lessons free of charge where students can learn typical Spanish dishes whilst practising the Spanish that they learn in class. Spanish film evenings and guided walks to places of interest within Palma creates a full cultural activity program for little extra cost. Students also have excursion opportunities to fishing villages and mountains locations along the coast.
