Description: For the curious, adventurous and those wishing to explore Madrid's every facet, we offer one-week stays in the city with a theme. The themes have been carefully selected so participants can enjoy the best and most representative aspects of the city, and have been designed for people with a sufficient level of Spanish (level A2 onwards) to take part in discussions and enjoy the content.

The program consists of 4 hours of Spanish class a day plus 1 hour preparation of specific content for the theme program ( groups of minimum 8 people). All activities have been scheduled for the evening and night time.

* Almodovar's Madrid - 5 dates during the year, 1 week
(Dates: February, April, May, July, November.)
   ** Walks through Almodóvar's Madrid with specialized guides: visit to his most famous movie locations and an analysis of the city he portrays.
   **A tour of the director's favorite haunts.
   **Excursion to la Mancha to visit Almodóvar's village where the movie "Volver" is set.....

* Flamenco Madrid - 5 dates during the year, 1 week
Dates: January, February, March, July, August, September , October.
"Flamenco was born in Spain, in Andalusia, and crossed borders to reach the entire world, and anyone with sensitivity can understand and enjoy it..."
   ** Visits to the most prestigious flamenco academies and talks with professionals
   ** Drinks and tapas in flamenco bars and taverns, Flamenco show, the most important festivals: visit some of the events
   ** Practical flamenco classes...

* Madrid's Gastronomy - 5 dates during the year,1 week
Dates: March, April, May, July, October.

In Madrid you can experience a multitude of culinary pleasures, as its cuisine is a fusion of traditional fare from regional kitchens and international cuisine.
   ** Gastronomic routes in the city center, visits to historical and emblematic restaurants
   ** Spanish wine tasting, Tapas tasting
   ** Two cooking classes with professional chefs (cooking parties)
   ** Excursion to Segovia to taste the region's typical roast dishes....

* Madrid's Neighborhoods and Shops - 5 dates during the year
Dates: January, February, July, September, November.

Madrid is the city of a thousand neighborhoods, a thousand faces and a thousand shops.
We are going to visit Madrid's most traditional stores, the Rastro, and different street markets.
   ** Take a stroll through and stores in "The Golden Mile",
   ** Visit of the most traditional shops, and also some of the most unusual stores. El Rastro and other street markets, and the different neighborhoods: Chueca, Lavapiés, the Salamanca district, the Writers' Quarter...
