Description: Yanapuma Spanish school is a unique, non-profit school whose proceeds benefit Yanapuma Foundation and its sustainable development projects in Ecuadorian communities. We strive to offer the most comfortable yet professional environment for learning Spanish, combining in-class learning with a wide variety of optional activities including culturally and socially oriented weekday and weekend excursions, community-based Spanish study and volunteering options in poor barrios of Quito.

Volunteering opportunities across Ecuador are available through the Foundation or through partner organizations.

Studying with Yanapuma makes a difference, involving you in the work of the Foundation and its projects across Ecuador. Our school is recognized by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education.

Highlights: Opportunities to study Spanish in small Ecuadorian communities, plenty of social activities in Quito, internet access at the school, homestays, excursions around Quito, weekend excursions around Ecuador, and 100% of profits go toward the sustainable development projects of Yanapuma Foundation.

For medical professionals, we offer a medical Spanish program including volunteer work in a clinic or hospital.
