This endeavor aims to raise the level of language acquisition from mere trial and error to academic specialization, thereby specifically catering to the needs of non-native speakers. The center's management strives continually to realize its vision and goals in teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers as a second language, which includes more specifically: promotion of an advanced system for second language acquisition, and developing ideal curriculum for teaching the Arabic as a second language.

The center emphasizes in its curriculum the teaching of classical Arabic language as its appropriateness is demonstrated by the fact that it is the official written language in the Arab world and it serves as the common language of cultural, intellectual, media, and political exchange between the nationals of the various Arab countries.
