You don't have to go far from the EF Language School to experience nature Howler Monkeys can often be seen swinging on branches throughout town!

As a popular surfer haven, Tamarindo's nightlife can be as wild as the waves with massive beach parties and hot clubs for dancing. And, if the Latin beat hasn't already caught you then allow the locals, called Ticos, to teach you to salsa and you will certainly never want to leave. Some of our students enjoy this place so much that decide to take a gap year and return with a much better knowledge of the language and the culture.
