Description:
Learning Spanish abroad in Miami, United States is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. The United States, bordered by Canada to the North, and Mexico to the South, possesses a diverse landscape, ranging from the rugged Rocky Mountains and deserts in the west, to flat plains of the mid-west to the long sandy coast lines along the Atlantic and Pacific shores. It is a vast country which spans 3,000 miles across. The country is divided into 50 states and is home to many large metropolitan cities like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Denver to name a few. Learn Spanish Language in United States: Miami's tropical climate, landscape and cultural diversity are only part of what makes it a very popular visitor destination. This city also offers a sophisticated and varied nightlife, world-class dining, white sand beaches, shopping and a large community of artists, dancers and musicians. Almost half of Miami's population is Hispanic, which accounts for the fact that the Spanish language is as prevalent as English. Miami's Cuban community, Little Havana, has retained its ethnic traditions and culture. This neighborhood has a distinct and colorful Latin flavor with signs written in Spanish, Cuban music, typical Cuban cuisine, and a Spanish-language theater called Teatro Ocho. Spanish School Facilities: Office building situated in the heart of Little Havana, a neighborhood with total Spanish immersion. Formal indoor classrooms. The school building has air-conditioning and offers a cafeteria, subway nearby, donut shop, outdoor tables and is equipped with handicapped facilities. Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami and downtown Miami are within ten minutes driving distance. Capacity is 40 students/day.

AmeriSpan Study Abroad's Mission Statement: Our mantra is "Every Language, Every Culture, Everywhere." AmeriSpan Study Abroad has over 15 years experience and over 30,000 past participants. Our staff has three passions: language, culture, and travel. Individually and as a group, we have accumulated experiences and knowledge related to these passions. AmeriSpan's staff has traveled to more than 65 countries, every continent except Antarctica, speak 10 languages, and we are happy to share this enormous amount of relevant knowledge with you. Every staff member has studied and/or lived abroad for extended periods of time. We are neither a language school nor a travel agent, we're a hybrid of the two: a language travel organization. AmeriSpan has evaluated hundreds of schools, host families and destinations to determine which programs to offer, and our independence allows us to give you unbiased evaluations of these programs.
Our pledge to our participants is to make going abroad 'worry-free'. There is no risk in choosing an AmeriSpan program because you'll get the best program, best price and can cancel for any reason and get a full refund on every dollar we have received for your program.
