Description:
It is more important then ever before to have international work experience. To have first hand business experience from abroad gives you an advantage and opens up opportunities for more work and promotions. The business culture varies greatly from country to country and Spain is no exception. If you have not had a job before, this is a great opportunity for you to enter the job market. This is important as all employers will ask you for reference which you will get from the school and the company you are placed at. Networking is also important, and many of our previous students not only have friends for life but become schools. You are in charge of your future - why not give yourself a head start!
Qualifications:
Doing an internship placement will enhance your Spanish education as you will speak Spanish from day one. To obtain a work placement, you must have a high level of spoken and written Spanish, and it is therefore essential that you follow an intensive Spanish course for at least 6 weeks before the internship. This will prepare you in the best possible way for your stay. You will than have an 8 week or 12 week placement period. You will be assigned to a tutor who will monitor you throughout your placement period. We have partnerships with many organisations in both the private sector and governmental organisations. Where you will be placed depends on your experience and your interest.
