Description:
IFDA is excited to offer programmes in San Diego, California. Traditionally, we place our programs in areas where (1) the dance originated, or (2) the people of the area influenced the nature of the dance. Thus, the dances in the other cities where we have programs are location-specific based on the culture of the dance community in those areas. The dance environment in San Diego permits a more diverse offering, and we can offer instruction on the dance of student's primary interest. In San Diego, you may choose one of the following seven styles: 1. Ballet 2. Jazz 3. Lyrical 4. Latin Ballroom (a survey of Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, and Jive) 5. Classic Ballroom (a survey of Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot) 6. Salsa 7. Hip Hop IFDA's San Diego experience will shock participants' senses, taking them on an incredible journey of dance, language, and Californian culture. Incorporating a study of the English language into an intense dance program, IFDA San Diego guarantees an intense, enjoyable experience to meet the highest expectations. As one of the highest regarded cities in the American dance community, and certainly one of the hottest tourist locations, San Diego merges seriousness and playfulness into a beautifully blended dance and leisure program San Diego has astonishing beaches, thrilling adventures, and amazing culture, all within great proximity to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, the Grand Canyon, and great ski resorts.
