Description: EFECT School of English is a small and friendly English language school in Belfast.

We are the first and only School of English in Belfast ( Northern Ireland ) that teaches English with the world famous Callan Method. We offer English courses at different levels from beginner to the level of FCE exam i.e. upper intermediate. We are open seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The Callan Method is famous for learning English in a quarter of the time. This Method works for people of all ages and abilities. It is focused on spoken English and practiced repeatedly. The teacher asks students a series of questions at the rate of about 200 - 240 words a minute (faster than normal speaking speed) and students answer immediately with long sentences. So students do not have time to think and translate the answer into their own language in their minds.

Students learn pronunciation, intonation, grammar and new vocabulary during the class as well.

The Callan Method is a fast and effective system for the study of English by non-native speakers. Thanks to its long record of achievement, it is securely established and internationally respected. Multinational companies like IBM, Fiat, and Olivetti have used the Method to teach English to their staff. Language schools which use the Callan Method can be found all over the world. Whether in Asia, Europe, or Latin America, the number of Callan Method Schools continues to rise.
