Description:
The 50 Plus Immersion German language holiday program in Ellwangen takes place at Haus Schoneberg, a beautifully-kept old building with modern equipment and facilities. You will both study and sleep at Haus Schoneberg, which serves as a conference center during the rest of the year. Haus Schoneberg is situated on a hill overlooking the old city, which is only a short walk away. The attractive old town's maze of narrow winding streets, beautiful squares and outdoor cafés is the ideal place for an evening stroll or to rest after a day of classes and activities and enjoy the town's lively ambiance. Course: Classes in this German course in Germany are taught in the mornings and in small groups - so instruction can be tailored toward individual needs. Focus is placed on the practical application of all newly acquired knowledge. You'll be given a language level test on the first Monday to determine your appropriate class level. All participants also take a weekly test to assess the progress made during the preceding week. In the afternoons and on weekends you will be provided with an interesting and varied program of leisure and cultural activities. Teachers: All teachers in this language holiday course are native German speakers with a university level education and are trained to teach German as a second language. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided in single or double rooms within the Haus Schoneberg conference centre. Each room has a private three-piece washroom (toilet, sink and shower). You will receive three meals per day as well as one snack.
