Scarborough is a great place to make new friends while you study, learn to surf, take a dive or just relax in the crystal-clear Indian Ocean.

Sunset Coast International offers General English courses from Beginner to Advanced Levels. We use a communicative approach which gives students an opportunity to mix with other students and their teachers to improve their English.   All our teachers are qualified and have many years' experience both locally and internationally.

Our communicative teaching methodology provides students with plenty of opportunities to practise and develop their English through tasks, activities and projects, as well as helping them gain an understanding of other cultures, and an appreciation of the Australian way of life.

Highlights: Sunset Coast International offers more than just English lessons. Every Friday afternoon, we organise a fun activity which is available to all our students, from a game of snooker to whale-watching to rock-climbing. You will even get a chance to see wombats and koalas up close at a nearby wildlife park.

Within walking distance of the school, there is tuition available for surfing, diving, windsurfing and kite-surfing. Tuition is provided by locally-registered operators who have several years' experience. All equipment needed is provided (wetsuits, rash-vests, boots, boards, kites and sun-cream).
