UK Homestay based in sunny Blackpool by the Sea
England
- North West England:
Blackpool
Dates: All Year Programme
Description:
Live and study in your teacher's home! This programme is for learners from abroad who would like to come to England for holiday over the summer or winter months and improve their English language. Blackpool Homestay provides qualified and experienced teachers who are happy to accommodate learners from abroad for a period of 1 or 2 weeks and provide between 15 hours of English tuition a week. The homestay programme includes tuition, 3 meals a day and a minimum of one local outing a week with the tutor. You live, eat and take part in the social life of the teacher's family. Learn all through the day by speaking English with your teacher and then receive formal one-to-one English tuition. Your learning is devised around your particular individual learning needs, not for a large group. One activity will include seeing the local shops/area and the other activity will be according to your teacher where he/she decides to take you. If you have any particular preference and your teacher agrees then you will be required to pay for any extra cost i.e. seeing a museum that has an entrance fee.
Highlights:
Homestay Blackpool offers great homestay accommodation in an ideal location, the beautiful tourist city of Blackpool, which is full of very interesting historical and cultural features. You can access concerts, theatres, museums, exhibitions, restaurants and pubs as well as sports facilities. You will also have the opportunity to explore further afield, for example: visiting Chester Cathedral or Zoo as well as the famous capital, London. Our homestay is in a large house with very close to the centre of Blackpool. We aim to provide you with a comfortable environment so that you can experience a truly relaxed and enjoyable stay in Blackpool Town.
