The world is your oyster, we are the connection. The cradle of Western civilisation, this Greece that we have watched develop surprises by its contrasts. Wisdom struggling to emerge from the sphere of logos that created it. Democracy was attained in 1974. The language hesitated between modern Greek and Katharevousa until 1976. And the nation has difficulty entering into a Europe that it had traditionally led. Courses we offer in our language schools in Greece: * Standard course * Combined course
Highlights:
We have language schools in two destinations: Athens Athens' destiny sums up that of Greece as a whole. The birthplace of Western civilization, to which it bequeathed the foundations of democracy, Athens exerted an immense fascination in the ancient world. Today, the Hellenic metropolis and capital of modern Greece for about a century has over four million inhabitants, almost a quarter of the entire Greek population, and easily rivals the largest cities of Mediterranean Europe: Madrid, Rome or Istanbul. Our partner school in Greece, "Alexander the Great", is located in a neo-classical building in the heart of the city, next to the famous National Museum of Archaeology. The school has fully equipped, air-conditioned classrooms, an audio-video room, a computer lab with Internet access and a library. A cafeteria provides the ideal place to relax between classes and to chat with friends over a coffee, to plan your weekend in Delphi or discuss tomorrow's party. The school's excellent location allows you to easily access all types of transport and to immerse yourself in the capital's lively rhythm. Thessaloniki Situated at the heart of Macedonia, to the north of Greece, it owes its name to that of King Philip's daughter, the sister of Alexander the Great. This is by far not the only inheritance Thessaloniki (in modern Greek) has from its glorious history which began around 400 B.C. Countless Roman, Byzantine or even Turkish monuments, of which certain are classed as UNESCO world heritage sites, never cease to embellish the attraction of the "nymph of Thermaikos". Our partner school in Thessaloniki is momentarily closed. You have however the possibility of studying Greek in Athens.
