Making your way through the inextricable interlacing of creepers, mosses, ferns, palms, fig trees, bamboos, rubber trees, mahoganies and rosewoods? With its 1.8 million hectares, Manu National Park is the largest tropical forest reserve in the world and the richest from a biological point of view. Whilst in other parks a lot of species are becoming extinct, here flora and fauna are thriving. The park counts no less than 1000 bird species, 200 types of mammal, 13 types of monkey and 5000 species of plant. Enough to say that an authentic adventure awaits you in Manu!
