Description: Our beachfront school could not have a better location! Spanish lessons take place on the beach, in our school's tropical gardens or in well-equipped, air-conditioned classrooms. The modern school premises also have student lounge and relaxation areas, a kitchen for cooking classes and free Internet access. Make friends with fellow students after class as you indulge in excellent Costa Rican coffee in a nearby cafe.

Course

A Standard Spanish course in Samara Beach consists of 20 classes per week. Lessons start at 8 am and finish at midday, or start at 1:15 pm and finish at 5:15 pm. Either way, you'll have ample time to explore Costa Rica and its rich culture! This program runs at a range of levels from beginner to advanced. With upper-level courses you can explore Latin American culture, history, politics and many other subjects, as well as the Spanish language itself.

Learn Spanish in Samara Beach with Private Lessons if you want to customise a language program to suit your needs. You'll have complete control over how many lessons you have each week and what topics those lessons will cover. With the Combined Course you can benefit from combining the standard group course with your own private lessons, giving you an excellent intensive Spanish course. Our school also offers specialised courses in business, media and medical Spanish.

Really get to know the locals and put your Spanish to good use with some Volunteer Work, organised by our school. You could teach English, organise activities for orphaned children, help conservation efforts or participate in a number of other worthwhile projects.

Accommodation

Costa Rican host family
Live with a Costa Rican host family and experience the locals' famous friendliness at first-hand! With breakfast and an evening meal provided for you everyday, you can practice your Spanish over some truly authentic dishes! Our school carefully selects and checks host families to ensure you a pleasant stay.

If you'd prefer a little more luxury, choose to stay in the hotel next to our school. Facilities include a large swimming pool, TV lounge, bar, air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace for each room. Share a hotel room with other students from our school or opt for a private room. Meals are not included at the hotel, although there is a restaurant on-site.
