Viareggio is ideally located for anyone interested in learning Italian in Italy, as it offers all the advantages of an attractive coastal location with magnificent sandy beaches, whilst also just being 12 kilometres from Pisa, and not far from Florence, Siena and Lucca. Here you can learn the Italian language, enjoy the magnificent weather and beaches, but also totally immerse yourself in the history and culture of Italy as represented by these famous and nearby age-old cities. Our Italian language school in Viareggio is located just a short walk from the beach. The school occupies both floors of an attractive villa, in the centre of Viareggio. There are eight classrooms, as well as a reception area, coffee-room and small outside gardens. The Standard Italian course takes place mainly in the mornings. Our school offers a range of optional extra activities, including guided half-day excursions to Pisa, sailing activities, mountain bike tours, visits to Siena, Florence, Lucca and to the famous marble quarries at Carrara.
