Description: Learn Spanish between high Andean peaks, sacred valleys and mystic legends! Come to the land of the Inca and be entranced by this magical country! Learning the Spanish language in Peru has many advantages such as being close to what are arguably the continent's most fascinating cultural sites including the new wonder of the world Machu Picchu! Enjoy wonderful beaches, impervious jungle, fascinating Peruvian culture and typical Peruvian food. Peru has 28 million inhabitants, one third of them live in the capital Lima. Like Bolivia and Guatemala, Peru is a country where the majority of the population is indigenous. About 40 % of the Peruvians are descendants of the indigenous Quechua tribe while 5 % belong to the Aymara. The Peruvians in general are rather reserved and timid, but once you break the ice you will discover that they are very warm and friendly people.

If you want to take classes tailored especially for your needs, you are more than welcome to participate in our private courses where you study with your own teacher. Group and private courses consist of 20 classes (50 minutes each) per week. Another great opportunity to improve your Spanish is one of the intensive courses. These consist of 20 classes (50 minutes each) of group course and four or eight private classes per week.

Arequipa
Before starting classes you will have a short conversation with one of the teachers to find out what kind of Spanish knowledge you already have and which topics you would like to deal with during your classes. You will always be taught individually. The language school is very flexible, you may for example take classes for one week (at least two classes per day), take a week off for traveling or other cultural activities and continue with your studies the following week. You can start your classes on any day of the week. Classes are from Monday to Friday and each class lasts 60 minutes.

Apart from the regular classes, you will also have the opportunity to participate in special courses such as Peruvian history, Peruvian literature, commercial correspondence and Quechua. Quechua is the original language of the Inca and is still spoken in various countries of South America. If you only want to take special courses, you have to take at least two classes per day, but you are able to choose the number of days you want to take classes per week. You may also combine the special courses with the regular classes when taking at least ten regular classes per week. In this case you can choose the number of special courses you want to take each day. Come and improve your Spanish language skills or become part of the Inca by learning their language!

Cusco
At the language school in Cusco you will have the choice between group and individual courses. Both course types are offered in four different levels. To evaluate your current Spanish skills, you will take a little placement test on your first school day. If you want to meet other students from all over the world and share your individual experiences, then the group classes will be the perfect fit for you. If you prefer to study on your own covering specific topics of your interest, then you will definitely enjoy the individual classes. Both course types consist of 20 classes (each of 50 minutes) per week. All courses start on Monday.
