Description: Proyecto Peru is a spanish language school based in Cusco, Peru. We specialize in assisting foreigners to learn spanish and organizing free volunteer projects.

Classes in Spanish can be started any day. We offer classes in group and individual for all kind of levels.

We have different positions available, year round, for free volunteering and internships. Our projects needs people with different kind of capacities. In many projects you can influence the content of your work by using your capacities as well as possible. Write us to ask more information about what you can do with your skills and education to make your time in Peru as usefull as possible.

Highlights: Our Spanish programs:
Proyecto Peru uses an interactive method of teaching based on learning through practice inside the classroom, and also around town. We provide students of all levels with intensive programs designed to meet the individual needs of each student.

We focus on improving the language ability of students through conversation, comprehension, pronunciation, grammar and reading. Finally, we examine important grammatical points at each level.

Classes are lively with interactive activities providing all the elements of language that you need. The highly qualified teachers of Proyecto Peru offer a variety of tasks and activities (visits to local markets, volunteer projects, plazas, etc) to help you learn Spanish more effectively.

Volunteering-internship:
We offer different kind of projects in Cusco free of charge!

Qualifications: For volunteering and internships we have projects on schools, orphanages, after-school projects as well as working in a medical clinic. For working in a medical clinic you need to follow a study in that area, for example medicine. But also different kinds of specialization are wanted. The work you can do in the clinic fully depends on your experience.

For volunteering in for example an orphanage you don't need a specific study or experience, however a social study and a little knowledge of the Spanish language is preferred. For internships different kinds of social studies are suited for the job.

Teaching English or sports on public schools, as well as assisting the teacher in kindergarten is a great experience for future teachers.

We have 3 main objectives: The first objective is making your time studying Spanish in Cusco as memorable, educational and productive as possible.
