You can expect to be working alongside at least one other international volunteer. Placements are managed locally so you have immediate first-hand experience of the community and local environment. Qualifications: Qualifications Required on each Project

1. If your are working with orphans, children with learning difficulties and disabled children.

You should consider the following:

- Doctor's letter to indicate you can work with the above mentioned project
- Criminal record from the police
- Medical record including your vaccination card
- Financial support for the project at least a 150 USD

2. If you are working with Business Devlopment

You should consider the following:

- Some experience in Business or related field
- Some knowledge in computer

3. If you are working with teaching young children

- No qualification is required but experience is an added advantage
- Financial and materials support is highly welcome
- Materials like, Books, pens, pencils, and any other material that could complement the school effort.

4. If you are working with HIV/AIDS Project

You should consider the following

- Some experience in related area
- Some knowledge in sensitization
- Financial support at least $200 for micro finance scheme
