Description: Japan's capital is a fantastic contradiction of a city. This is where cutting edge technology meets ancient customs, and busy shopping streets give way to parkland oases. Witness the mysticism of the East at Buddhist temples like Benten-DM, set on an island of stunning natural beauty. Practice your Japanese in traditional markets, where you can buy anything from silk kimonos to freshly caught fish. Or enjoy some delicious cuisine and the breathtaking cityscape from a restaurant at the summit of a skyscraper!

We have two schools in Tokyo. The Shin-Okubo district, close the very heart of Tokyo life, is the setting for our Option 2 school. Our Option 3 school in Tokyo is also centrally located. As an alternative to the bustling capital, our other Japanese school in Gifu allows you to sample the splendour of rural Japan.

Our Japanese school's Short Term Course lasts for between two weeks and three months, with 20 Japanese lessons each week. Our school's Long Term course has a duration of one to two years. Study on the Long Term program and you'll really get to know Tokyo and become fluent in the language.

If you need to learn Japanese quickly or would simply prefer one-to-one tuition, a course of Private Lessons is another option. You decide upon the lesson schedule and content, and benefit from the total, undivided attention of teachers.
